Recently I was lucky enough to spend a week in Samut Songkhram which is on the Gulf of Thailand. I was there for work of course, but the people and the scenery made for a memorable trip. Everyone was so friendly and the food was truly amazing. I also had a chance to visit the Grand Palace in Bangkok, an absolutely stunning place to see.
I was also lucky to have with me a Leica D-Lux 5 to take a few photos….and I must say what a fantastic job it did dealing with the variety of conditions, I could go all techy about light, contrast and colour but any camera that takes these shots and fits in your pocket should be saluted!
